Sodium metasilicate nonahydrate is highly alkaline, easily soluble in water and dilute alkali, and insoluble in alcohol and acid. It is easy to absorb moisture and deliquesce when placed in the air. It has decontamination, emulsification, dispersion, moistening, permeability and pH buffering capabilities.
● It can be widely used in the refining process of the ceramic industry. It can make the slurry have good fluidity and low viscosity, meet the spray requirements, reduce the moisture content of the slurry, improve the stability, reduce the energy consumption of the spray drying tower, and reduce the production cost. The mud particles have a grinding assisting effect, shortening the ball milling time, improving the ball milling efficiency and saving energy consumption.
